Called the business and was able to get a same day appointment for my clogged kitchen drain and broken garbage disposal. They replaced the garbage disposal and did a hydro jetting. Throughout the process Freddie was very professional, friendly, and informative.He let me know all the steps of the process, gave options and his recommendations. At the end of the day, everything is fixed and he performed multiple tests to verify their work. Overall satisfied with this company .
We found a water leak lastnight , messaged stop the drip and they came out this morning at 8am. Found the leak, explained to us what happed, fixed it & referred us to someone for restoration and they are already on the way here to help us. An hr and a half later. Good communication and reliability seem rare these days. That’s why working with Freddy was such an outstanding experience. I called him on a Sunday afternoon, and he actually answered the phone. He told me he’d be there Monday afternoon, then followed up Monday morning to let me know exactly when he would arrive and showed up right on time. Not only was his communication and professionalism top notch, but he was also able to quickly find exactly what was wrong and take care of the issue without any hassle.
